What you''ll be doing: Acting as the first point of contact for customer enquiries. Fact-finding to fully understand customer requirements and recommend the right equipment solutions. Building relationships with customers at all levels, from site operatives through to senior decision-makers. Providing quotations, following up opportunities, and converting enquiries into sales. Working closely with procurement and logistics teams to ensure equipment is delivered on time. Maintaining accurate records and managing customer communications professionally. Delivering outstanding customer service. Criteria: Professional, personable, and approachable. Strong communication skills with the ability to engage confidently with customers at all levels.
