Responsibilities / Duties: -Communicating with customers to clarify requirements and advising pricing lead times and delivery dates. -Sales order processing and the raising of purchase orders. . Respond to telephone enquiries and correspondence from customers in a professional and friendly manner. -To ensure service offers are articulated correctly both internal and externally and premiums applied. -To deal with and ensure customer complaints are actioned within ISO specified timescales. .
