This role is a key link between customers and dealers globally, helping to manage communication and ensure smooth handling of subscriptions, leases, and orders. Sales Coordinators will operate in a complex global environment where accuracy and coordination are essential. Responsibilities: First point of contact for customer and dealer queries. Coordinate subscriptions, lease replacements, and order updates. Support end-to-end order-to-delivery flow. Maintain accurate records and ensure data/process compliance. Enable customer engagement in new electric machine solutions globally. Requirements: Ability to investigate order/customer issues and drive resolution. Accurate data entry, tracking, and record maintenance. Clear, structured written and verbal stakeholder communication. Desirable: Salesforce (CRM exposure beneficial but not essential).
