Sales Coordinator

Location: Peterborough

Rate: -25.50 Umbrella (Inside IR35) or -18.50 PAYE

Duration: 6 months

We are looking for a Sales Coordinator to support sales and order-to-delivery processes at a global automotive company in Peterborough.

This role is a key link between customers and dealers globally, helping to manage communication and ensure smooth handling of subscriptions, leases, and orders. Sales Coordinators will operate in a complex global environment where accuracy and coordination are essential.

Responsibilities:

• First point of contact for customer and dealer queries.
• Coordinate subscriptions, lease replacements, and order updates.
• Support end-to-end order-to-delivery flow.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure data/process compliance.
• Enable customer engagement in new electric machine solutions globally.

Requirements:

• Ability to investigate order/customer issues and drive resolution.
• Accurate data entry, tracking, and record maintenance.
• Clear, structured written and verbal stakeholder communication.

Desirable:

• Salesforce (CRM exposure beneficial but not essential).
• Order management, sales support and coordination experience.
• Customer service or account support background.
