Our client a well-established manufacturing business based in Weston-super-Mare is looking for a Sales Coordinator to join their growing team.
You will be working 08:30-17:30, Monday-Thursday and 08:00-14:00 Friday and will receive a range of benefits including free parking and an office that is within walking distance to the train station.
As a Sales Coordinator your responsibilities will include:

- Handling customer queries in a manner that secures sales growth and always offering customer support.
- Liaising between operations and manufacturing to provide the best quotations for customers
- Preparing and supplying, in a timely manner, formal quotations with customer price negotiations
- Conducting contract review of customer orders, resolving any issues raised, and entering customer orders onto the system complete with formal acknowledgements to the customer.
- Providing basic technical support to customers, consulting with the in-house technical team
- Assisting with the export of goods to customers
- Ensuring all documentation complies with company regulations and procedures
We are looking for a Sales Coordinator who has the following skills and experiences:
- Previous customer service experience
- Exceptional communication skills, written and verbal
- Commercially aware and able to negotiate
- Good attention to details
- Good all round administration skills.
