About This Opportunity
As our client''s Sales Coordinator, you''ll be at the heart of their sales operations, working closely with the Director to generate new business while nurturing existing customer relationships. What You''ll Be Doing
Customer & Sales Focus:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers
- Collaborate with the Director on sales generation initiatives
- Handle major customer accounts and develop new client relationships
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve queries promptly
- Prepare accurate costings using historical data for repeat inquiries
- Issue quotes and comprehensive documentation for all customer inquiries
- Follow up on quotations and proactively reach out to existing customers for new orders
- Prepare specialised quotations for B&Q projects
- Conduct WHY-M meetings to seamlessly transfer new orders to production
- Run WHY-Q meetings with Design and Production teams before quotations
- Create and assign projects using (url removed) platform
- Coordinate with the Sampling Administrator on sample inquiries
- Provide weekly Won and Probability reports to Senior Management
- Handle all sales-related administrative tasks
- Serve as primary contact during Junior Production Manager''s absence
Essential Experience:
- Proven experience in sales administration with a track record of success
- Strong understanding of sales processes and customer relationship management
- Working knowledge of CRMs and Salesforce
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, and order processing systems
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
- Strong analytical skills for data-driven decision making
- Outstanding interpersonal, negotiation, and influencing capabilities
- Proactive, can-do attitude with drive to exceed targets
- Commitment to excellence in customer service
- Eagerness to learn and develop new skills
