About the Role:
As a Sales Coordinator, you’ll be at the heart of the customer service function – producing accurate sales quotations, supporting Area Sales Managers, and ensuring seamless order processing. You’ll also provide essential administrative support, working closely with internal departments and external clients to ensure everything runs like clockwork.
Hours of work: Full time, 37.5 hours per week, Monday-Friday. 100% office based. Initially a 12 month contract

What You’ll Be Doing as the Sales Coordinator:
- Producing and issuing detailed sales quotations
- Building strong, trusted relationships with internal teams and external customers
- Providing solid administrative and customer services support to the Area Sales Managers
- Processing and following up on customer orders
- Preparing forecasts and carrying out pricing calculations
- Assisting with project administration
Requirements for the Sales Coordinator
- Solid experience in customer service and administration (order processing experience is a bonus!)
- Confident communicator with a positive, can-do attitude
- Highly organised with the ability to manage your workload independently
- Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office
- Ideally some experience in a back-office sales environment
