Location: Sutton in Ashfield
Salary: £27,000 basic + up to £6,000 annual bonus based on company profit (No sales involved)

We''re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to join a friendly and customer-focused team. This role involves managing customer enquiries from start to finish - identifying the correct parts, preparing quotations, following up, and ensuring orders are fulfilled accurately and on time.

Key responsibilities:

• Identify parts using manuals and online parts catalogues
• Respond to customer orders, enquiries, and estimates via phone, email, and online channels
• Prepare quotations and follow up to convert estimates into sales
• Monitor sales levels, conversion rates, and pipeline value
• Review contracts and ensure orders are accurate before processing
• Resolve customer queries in a timely and professional manner
• Liaise with franchise partners to support business growth
• Work closely with supply chain and logistics teams to meet customer delivery requirements

• Customer-focused with strong communication skills
• Analytical, methodical, and detail-oriented approach
• Confident IT skills with experience using parts or inventory systems
• Previous experience in a commercial parts, sales, or similar customer service role
• Ability to work collaboratively with different departments to achieve targets
