Sales Coordinator

As our Sales Co-ordinator, you ll be the go-to person for our UK and international customers, supporting the sales team and making sure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. You ll be: Speaking with customers to understand what they need and offering advice on pricing, delivery, and product options. Creating quotes and processing orders keeping everything accurate and on track. Helping customers discover products that complement their orders. Working closely with our sales, finance, and technical teams to make sure we deliver exactly what s needed. Keeping our customer database and CRM system up to date. Supporting the wider sales team with admin, reports, and customer service. The ideal candidate will have: Great communication skills written and verbal. A proactive, can-do attitude. Confidence using Microsoft Office and learning new systems. A team player mindset with a willingness to learn and grow.
