Location : Leeds City Centre

Job role :

These are full-time opportunities for a talented ‘retail sales go-getter ‘to be based within one of our clients city stores.

As a Sales Consultant you will be at the forefront of their business , interacting with customers and providing a world class customer service experience.

A genuine interest in watches is ultra -helpful alongside an enquiring mind with regard to consumer products & their specific technical features & benefits to future wearers.

You are a persona that would enjoy being in the client service spotlight & your flexible to work Sundays and Bank holidays working on a rota basis 5 days over 7.

These appointments have absolutely the potential to represent a career fast forward which can offer you the support & training to become one of this industries finest .

Requirements :

Be ideal to have at least one years’ experience working for a retail jeweller - and during this time have experienced some specific watch related sales training .

The nature of the industry is all need to be well presented &  have excellent communication skills .

It would be great additionally if prospective applicants could demonstrate a proven track record of delivering outstanding customer service.

There is a need for future appointees to participate within trade specific industry training run by The National Association of Jewellers ( JET1 / JET2  Diploma ) which will over time deliver a nationally recognised qualification.

Added to this dependent on store placement there may be specific brand training requiring to be undertaken by a specific Swiss Watch House or International Jewellery brand.
