The Role

A commercial, target-driven sales role. You''ll win new clients, manage the full sales cycle, and build lasting relationships with businesses and candidates, all with uncapped earning potential and clear progression.

You''ll be:

• Winning new business across the tech sector
• Building relationships with hiring managers and decision-makers
• Managing clients and candidates through the full recruitment process
• Managing deals from first contact to close
• Negotiating terms and offers
• Working towards revenue targets in a high-performance environment

What We''re Looking For

• A background in sales, business development, or a target-driven role
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
• Resilience and a competitive mindset
• Comfort working towards KPIs and revenue targets

What''s In It For You

• Base salary -26,000 to -30,000 +
• Industry-leading commission scheme - this is uncapped, and is paid to you monthly (Record high being 27k paid in one month!)
