You''ll be out on the road every day, visiting customers in their homes, understanding their needs, and providing expert guidance and quotations for their move. Your first survey starts at 9am - you travel straight from home. No commute to an office. No micromanagement. Just you, your diary, and a pipeline of warm enquiries from a brand customers already know and trust.On a typical day you''ll:Carry out 4 in-home surveys on average (more during the busy summer peak, fewer in winter)Assess property contents, access, and requirements to build accurate, competitive quotationsGuide customers through their options with a consultative, empathetic approachConvert enquiries into confirmed bookings - building relationships, not pressuring peopleManage your own diary and pipeline across your territoryThe Earning PotentialTop performers are achieving £10,000-£15,000 in commission on top of their base salary.
