P+S Personnel are pleased to be working on behalf of our clients, who are currently looking for a Sales Consultant to join their team and be responsible for driving sales, customer engagement and identifying new business opportunities on a full-time, permanent basis based in Stowmarket. Main Responsibilities: Driving sales growth and motivated by targets and maximizing sales opportunities. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business. Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities and generate leads. Effectively negotiate terms, close deals, and manage the full sales cycle from initial enquiry to delivery. Provide ongoing support and account management for all clients, ensuring a seamless experience. Work closely with the wider sales team and other departments to ensure the smooth execution of projects and customer orders. Person Specification: Proven experience in a sales or business development role, preferably with a focus on B2B sales. Strong understanding and skill set of sales processes. Excellent negotiation and closing skills. Ability to build and maintain relationships with decision-makers. Highly self-motivated with a results-driven mindset. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. Experience using CRM software is a plus.
