Working for the largest new homes developer in the UK selling a large-scale project in peterborough - This role suits someone who is a natural with customers and can convert leads to the highest levels. Key Responsibilities: Welcome and engage potential buyers in the sales office, at show homes, and via phone or email inquiries. Provide detailed information about the properties, development plans, and local area. Conduct viewings of show homes, demonstrating the features and benefits of our new homes. Build strong relationships with potential buyers, understand their needs, and guide them through the buying process. Follow up with leads to convert inquiries into sales, maintaining regular contact with potential buyers. Manage the sales process, including negotiation, contract exchange, and final sale. Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the company. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the property market, competitor activities, and local area developments. Provide exceptional customer service at all stages of the buying process.
