Sales Consultant - Housing AssociationLondon 20- 25 an hourTemporary initially 3 months potential to be extendedDL and vehicle neededOur client a large housing association is looking to recruit a Sales Consultant on a temporary basis to sell properties within the organisations sales programme. You will deliver reservations, exchanges, and completions to agreed site targets and provide an outstanding customer experience.You will also be responsible for:Carry out inspections to the sales units and ensure offices and show homes are properly equipped.Run and maintain the marketing and sales suite on site welcoming visitors and conduct viewingsManage the customer journey from reservation to completion including weekly contact with the customerLiaise with the customer and their mortgage broker to ensure timely set up of financesMonitor and report on sales progressTo be considered for the role you will need experience of working in the residential new build property sector.
