Key responsibilities of the role:Customer experience: Attract and retain customers, paying attention to every detail and offering the highest quality service, reflecting the brand values.Sales: achieve the commercial objectives of the shop and KPIS by transmitting the differential value of the brand to customers.Shop operations: work as a team, carry out inventories, stock management, cash register, daily reports, among others, so that the point of sale runs smoothly.Shop image: keep the shop properly ordered and up to date with the necessary products to offer to the customer.Cultural fit: Care for and be part of a positive team environment, encouraging collaboration and teamwork.RequirementsRelevant experience in premium customer service environments.English and other languages would be a plus.Strong team player and commercial ..... full job details .....
