Sales & Customer Care Consultant (Glass Industry) – Manchester / Remote

Our client is a specialist in high-quality, bespoke glass products and installations, working across residential and commercial projects. With a strong reputation for innovation, craftsmanship, and customer care, they are now looking to expand their presence in the Manchester region.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with knowledge of the glass industry who enjoys building relationships, driving sales, and providing excellent customer support — all while working remotely.
Key Responsibilities

Make outbound and inbound calls to both existing customers and new leads, securing orders and identifying growth opportunities.

Process orders accurately and efficiently using company systems (full training provided).

Manage and nurture customer relationships, providing excellent after-sales service.

Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities in the Manchester area.

Work closely with the wider team to ensure seamless delivery and customer satisfaction.
What We’re Looking For

Knowledge/experience of the glass industry is essential (splashbacks, shower screens, partitions, balustrades, glazing, etc.).

Proven ability in sales, telesales, or customer service roles.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Self-motivated and able to work independently from home.

Based in the Manchester area (role is remote but customer base is regional).
