We''re partnering with a well-established interiors retailer, known for their beautifully designed showrooms and exceptional customer experience. With a strong reputation in the home and interiors space, they''re now looking for a Sales Consultant to join their team in Wilmslow.
About the role
This is a consultative sales role within a luxury interiors showroom. You''ll work closely with customers to understand their design goals, offer expert guidance on product choices, and support them throughout their buying journey - from first visit through to delivery and aftercare.
Key responsibilities as Sales Consultant:
Advising customers on product selection tailored to their interior design projects
Providing exceptional service both in person and via phone/email
Managing the full sales cycle, from enquiry to order and delivery coordination
Handling payments, arranging samples, and following up on leads
Collaborating with the wider showroom team to create a welcoming and knowledgeable environment
What we''re looking for
Previous industry experience isn''t essential - full product training is provided. What''s more important is a genuine interest in interiors, a natural flair for customer service, and a confident, consultative approach to sales.
You''ll also need:
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Clear and confident communication
Good IT skills and comfort with numbers
A proactive, team-oriented mindset
What''s on offer
-26,000 - -27,000 per annum
Full-time, permanent role
5 days over 7 on a rota (including weekends)
