Why Do We Want You Bond Solon, part of Wilmington plc, is recruiting for a motivated and results-driven Sales Consultant to help drive new business development and revenue growth through consultative sales of our specialist training offerings. This is a 360-degree sales role, focused on selling specialist training courses and consultancy through business-to-business calls and managing existing client accounts. Bond Solon takes a consultative approach, building strong client relationships, delivering excellent service, and continually seeking new business opportunities. The role sits within a team that specialises in investigative training for the commercial sector. You ll be promoting and selling courses covering areas such as HR investigations, handling misconduct, health and safety breaches, and fraud investigations, while also tailoring bespoke solutions to meet each client s needs.
