Sales Co-Ordinator (Full or Part Time)

Are you confident, chatty, and looking for a lovely environment Then this could be for you. This is a new role, due to growth and is offered of either a full or part time basis. The Role: You will be office based in the lovely HO building in Dronfield (parking available), joining a small but very successful and well-known company planning diaries for the sales team who are out on the road across the UK. The company sells their products through coffee mornings and presentations, and your day to day will be a mix of research into possible new sites for demonstrations, calling appropriate development mangers to request an appointment to host a coffee morning/presentation, and thereafter all the associated admin, including sending out posters and invitations to the organiser and answering any questions in the run up to an appointment. Lots of customers book back every couple of years, so you will be following these up annually / biannually to book a new demonstration. The sales team complete 6 8 appointments per week and you will arrange their diaries to make the most of their time.
