With a strong focus on occupancy, service, and property standards, they are now looking to expand their team with the addition of a Sales andamp; Lettings Coordinator.

The Opportunity

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and sales-driven individual to join a fast-paced environment where you will play a key role in maximising occupancy and driving lettings performance.

Acting as the first point of contact for prospective tenants, you will manage the full sales journey-from initial enquiry through to move-in-ensuring a seamless and engaging experience. You will also support current tenants, helping to maintain high satisfaction levels and strong retention.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing and responding to all incoming enquiries, with a focus on converting leads into bookings


• Delivering property viewings (in-person and virtual) to prospective tenants


• Driving occupancy levels by meeting and exceeding lettings targets


• Following up on leads to maximise conversion opportunities


• Supporting marketing initiatives, including social media campaigns


• Handling tenant queries and resolving issues in a professional manner


• Carrying out property inspections to uphold high standards


• Monitoring local market trends to ensure competitive pricing and offering
