AndMunch, Glasgow, United Kingdom — we are the marketplace making events taste great. We connect companies and event planners with the UK’s best mobile food trucks and bars, delivering standout catering experiences for weddings, corporate and large-scale events. We’ve worked with clients including the European Tour and the University of Glasgow, and we’re scaling rapidly across the UK. This is our first dedicated sales hire to shape the sales function from the ground up in a fast-growing start-up that champions small businesses and celebrates incredible food experiences.Role

— Sales and Business Development Lead (Based in Glasgow, UK) | Contract Type: 1 Year, Full TimeAbout the Role

We’re looking for a Business Development and Sales Lead to drive new business growth and outbound sales across the UK. This is a sales-focused role and requires experience in prospecting, cold calling, building pipelines, and closing deals. You will create opportunities, achieve ambitious sales targets, and build lasting client relationships that bring more great food to events. You’ll work directly with the founder to refine our sales playbook, streamline processes, and grow revenue as we expand nationally.What You Will Do

Proactively source, engage, and convert new business opportunities.Generate a high volume of outbound leads via cold calls, LinkedIn, and email outreach.Build and manage a robust sales pipeline in HubSpot CRM.Develop and execute strategic sales plans to exceed ambitious monthly targets.Pitch and present our catering marketplace to decision-makers.Lead negotiations and close high-value contracts with corporate clients and event organisers.Represent AndMunch at client meetings and industry events.What You will Need

Sales and Business Development

— 3+ years in B2B new business development with a track record of hitting targets, outbound prospecting, and account management. Strong negotiation skills and experience with contract negotiations and vendor management. Comfortable working with CRM systems (HubSpot experience a bonus).Catering and Food Service

— Passion for food, hospitality, or events; proven ability to build and maintain client/supplier relationships, negotiate contracts, and manage expectations.Start-Up Experience

— Experience in a start-up or small business, with adaptability to changing needs and growth-focused mindset.Personal Attributes

— Enthusiastic, creative, energy-driven, collaborative, results-oriented, and able to balance work with a positive culture.Practical

— Clean driving licence with 2 years driving experience and access to a car; self-motivated and able to work autonomously.Travel and Compensation

Tired Commission with OTE: £40,000–£50,000+ (base + commission)Travel support: Expenses covered for approved client meetings and eventsGrowth: Opportunity to be the first dedicated sales hire and progress as the company scalesTo Apply
