About the Role

This is a new business–focused, senior field sales role where you’ll be responsible for opening doors, developing relationships, and securing contracts with leading FMCG brands. While the company already partners with iconic household names for packaging changeovers and product launches, your mission will be to drive fresh revenue streams by promoting our brand design, artwork, and reprographics services into untapped accounts.

 

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Take full ownership of new business development across the UK, targeting FMCG brands with artwork, brand design, and reprographics solutions.
  • Build and manage a robust pipeline of prospects, consistently converting opportunities into new clients.
  • Act as a strategic partner to brands, showcasing how our services ensure colour accuracy, consistency, and brand integrity across all packaging formats.
  • Represent our world-class production infrastructure and deliver persuasive pitches that win confidence at senior stakeholder level.
  • Collaborate with our global studios, production teams, and print partners to deliver a seamless onboarding experience for new accounts.

 

What You Will Need

  • Proven track record of delivering significant new business sales in packaging artwork, design, or reprographics.
  • A strong network within the FMCG sector and experience selling directly into global brands.
  • At least 3 years in a senior sales role with responsibility for prospecting, pitching, and closing new accounts.
  • A strategic, consultative sales approach with the confidence to engage multiple stakeholders across complex organisations.
  • A self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to hit the ground running.
  • Willingness to travel regularly across the UK (full driving licence required).
