We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Sales Assistant to join our team and help us continue to grow our business.Job Description: As a Sales Assistant, you will play a key role in driving sales and providing an outstanding customer experience. You will be responsible for understanding customer needs, offering expert advice, and ensuring that every customer leaves our store satisfied. You will have a 28k basic salary and the chance to earn 40-50k per year. Key Responsibilities as a Sales Assistant:Greet and engage customers in a friendly and professional manner.Understand customer needs and provide tailored recommendations.Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of our product range and features.Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.Maintain a clean and organised sales floor.Process transactions accurately and efficiently.Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly.Stay up to date with product knowledge and industry trends.Assist in visual merchandising and store displays.Requirements for our new Sales Assistant:Proven experience in a sales role, preferably within the telecoms, furniture, homeware, kitchen, bedrooms or bathroom sales industry - or similar.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to build rapport with customers and understand their needs.Basic computer skills and familiarity with point-of-sale ..... full job details .....
