Sales Assistant

A fantastic opportunity for a passionate and professional individual to join a luxury brand within the world-renowned shopping destination of Bicester Village as a Sales Assistant. Working to provide exceptional levels of one on one service using brand knowledge to inspire customer purchase.

A full-time position, requiring 40 hours per week, the company is offering -26,500 28,000 per annum.

Duties of the role:

- Exceptional communication at all levels, including with CEO/Founder and Head Office.

- Meet and greet all customers.

- Offer 1:1 service within the sales journey and after care.

- Aid customers in finding their desires and support with styling.

- Use a range of selling techniques to boost sales, promote brand and product.

- Provide suggestions for products based upon the knowledge gained.

- Restock and tidy the shop floor to ensure all products accessible and available.

- Operate the tills completing sales from start to finish.

- Create a portfolio of clients and maintain and engaging, interactive and communicative service and encourage repeat business.

- Provide outstanding customer service.

- Have experience working in Luxury Retail.

- Have a passion and interest in learning about the brand and all products.

- Be flexible with the hours worked.

- Work well as a team and operate smoothly under pressure.
