Sales Assistant

We are looking for a friendly, reliable and motivated Sales Assistant to join our branch team. Full training will be provided, so previous pawnbroking experience is not essential. What You''ll Do Welcome customers and provide friendly, professional service. Understand customer needs and recommend suitable services, including pawnbroking, gold purchasing, retail and FX. Support gold assessment and valuation processes. Maintain accurate records and follow company procedures. Support branch sales and customer service targets. Keep the branch clean, organised and professionally presented. Assist with stock checks and branch security. Work closely with colleagues to ensure smooth daily operations. What We''re Looking For Pawnbroking or retail experience is preferred, but not required. Previous experience in sales, customer service or cash handling is an advantage. Friendly, confident and customer-focused approach. Good numerical skills and attention to detail. Comfortable handling cash and customer property. Positive attitude and willingness to learn. Full flexibility to work from Monday to Sunday is required. Speaking additional languages, particularly Russian, Romanian or Tamil, is an advantage as we serve a diverse range of customers.
