Location: Braintree (Hybrid Working Available)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm
Pay: -13.00 per hour

We are seeking a friendly, motivated, and professional Sales Assistant to join our growing Braintree-based team.

This role involves contacting prospective customers from a pre-approved client list, introducing our services, building relationships, and identifying opportunities to support our sales team.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to customers from a pre-approved client list
• Build rapport and maintain professional customer relationships
• Introduce products and services and identify customer needs
• Generate sales leads and arrange appointments where appropriate
• Update customer information accurately on company systems
• Work towards individual and team targets

What We''re Looking For

• Excellent communication and telephone skills
• Confident, professional, and positive attitude
• Good organisational and administrative skills
• Basic IT proficiency
• Previous sales or customer service experience is beneficial but not essential, as full training will be provided
