Sales & Assistant Branch Manager - Coleraine

We wish to recruit a results-driven Sales and Assistant Branch Manager for our Coleraine branch. This role is suitable for an ambitious and determined individual who wants to progress their career to the next stage. Responsibilities for Sales and Assistant Branch Manager include: Play an active role in daily trading - engaging with customer, supporting field reps, and helping the Branch achieve its targets. Connect with customers and suppliers, understand their needs, and deliver the right solutions with confidence. Work closely with internal and external sales teams to maximise opportunities and protect margin. Be a visible, encouraging presence - sharing knowledge and helping the team stay focused on shared goals. Support dispatch to fulfil orders accurately and help maintain a safe, tidy and welcoming Branch environment. Stay informed, share ideas, and help us trade smarter each day.
