Advising customers on order status e.g., stock availability, delivery updates o Printing of email orders, replying to customer via email o Raising customer invoices, orders and works orders o Using the company system to input sales orders whilst checking prices against customers own price list. o Using the company system to raise works orders for production of manufactured items. o Checking orders raised by other staff for errors such as delivery addresses, product codes and quantities, prices o Liaise with accounts where relevant to ensure customer account is up to date. o Maintaining and updating sales and customer records. o Liaising with production and warehouse team o General office admin duties Must have 1 year + office experience and basic pc skills. ..... full job details .....
