They also have a growing online door business, and are looking for someone to take ownership of the day-to-day running of this side of the business. The Role You''ll be dealing with new enquiries, speaking to customers, preparing and following up quotations and helping to turn enquiries into orders. You''ll also deal with enquiries from letting agents, managing agents, builders and other regular customers, as well as helping with the day-to-day running of the showroom. The role will include: Following up leads generated through the online door business. Speaking to customers and understanding their requirements. Sending and following up quotations. Pricing and following up work for trade and regular customers. Helping secure and book in new work. Answering the phone and dealing with general enquiries.
