Sales and Service Executive

This is a unique, hybrid role, supporting both the Service and Business account managers - a great opportunity for a candidate who is looking to develop knowledge and experience in sales, supply chain and logistics.Greencore is a leading manufacturer and distributor of convenience foods. We are proud to supply a wide range of chilled, frozen and ambient foods to some of the most successful retail and food service customers in the UK. In this role, as a Commercial and Service Executive, your role will be to influence and support Commercial and Operational decisions by bringing data analysis and insight to proactively support the business. This role will include: Supporting the Service and Account Managers in the day to day management of the customer accounts and delivery of sustained profitable growthInterpreting and analysing sales and service data to ensure business information is aligned (e.g. sales forecast)Continuously review business practices to make recommendations for changes which will enhance cost and operational efficienciesManaging new store and product launch programmesCreating, monitoring and driving improvement of internal and external service KPI reporting on a daily, weekly, monthly and annual basisLiaising with third parties to drive service improvementSupporting the implementation and continued improvement of Greencore''s internal service strategyLiaising and collaborating with key internal and external stakeholdersOffering exemplary customer service and ..... full job details .....
