We are seeking a Sales and Reservation Executive to join our team, acting as the first point of contact for guests, handling reservations, supporting private dining and events, and driving revenue opportunities across all sites. Key Responsibilities Manage and respond to all reservation enquiries (phone, email, and online platforms) across the group. Build strong guest relationships, ensuring all enquiries are handled promptly, professionally, and with warmth. Coordinate bookings for private dining, group reservations, and special events. Work closely with restaurant managers and front-of-house teams to maximise covers and ensure smooth service. Confidently upsell premium experiences (wine pairings, chef specials, tasting menus, private dining packages). Cross-sell group venues and experiences - encouraging guests to discover other concepts within the Notting Hill Group.
