We''re looking for an ambitious Sales & New Business Development Executive to join a highly successful organisation. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives on generating new business, building strong client relationships, and playing a key role in driving revenue growth.

You''ll be responsible for identifying and engaging prospective clients, developing long-term business relationships, and creating a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities for the wider sales team.

• Proactively identifying and targeting new business opportunities across a range of sectors
• Building relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders
• Conducting outbound sales activity through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and networking
• Generating, qualifying, and nurturing leads through the sales pipeline
• Booking appointments and introducing opportunities to senior sales colleagues where required
• Managing and developing your own pipeline of prospects and opportunities
• Following up on marketing campaigns, referrals, and inbound enquiries
• Maintaining accurate records and activity within the CRM system
• Working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and business growth objectives

• A confident and friendly communicator who enjoys building relationships and speaking with new people
• Enthusiastic, motivated, and eager to develop a successful career in sales and business development
• A positive attitude with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges
• Comfortable making outbound calls and engaging with prospective clients
• Self-motivated with a proactive approach and strong work ethic
• Resilient and determined, with the ability to stay focused when working towards targets
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Good IT skills and confidence using Microsoft Office and CRM systems
• Previous experience in sales or a customer-facing role would be beneficial but is not essential
