Sales and Marketing Manager (Operations Focus) Salary: 50,000- 55,000 Job Type: Permanent Location: Stourport (with travel as required) Hours of work: 7.00am to 4:00pm (30 Minutes lunch) Monday to Thursday, 7.00am to 1.00pm on Fridays. Job Overview We are seeking a proactive and commercially minded Sales and Marketing Manager to take ownership of the day-to-day management and performance of our sales function. This role is less about direct selling and more about ensuring the sales team operates effectively, consistently, and to a high standard. You will play a key role in improving systems, driving accountability, implementing KPIs, and supporting business growth through structured management and marketing activity. The successful candidate will also contribute to marketing initiatives, including social media presence and exhibitions, helping strengthen our brand within the conveyor and materials handling industry.
