Sales And Marketing Manager

The Company Our client a supplier of home textiles are looking for an ambitious and commercially driven Sales and Marketing Manager to help expand our customer base and strengthen existing partnerships. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced sales professional with a strong background in the home textiles or home furnishings industry. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing long-term customer relationships, and driving sustainable sales growth. Working closely with internal teams, you will help shape commercial strategy while representing the business to customers across multiple markets. The Role: Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve business growth objectives. Identify and secure new business opportunities with retailers, wholesalers, importers, distributors, and online sellers. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, ensuring high levels of service and repeat business. Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and product presentations through to negotiation and closing. Prepare and deliver commercial proposals, quotations, and presentations. Work closely with product development, merchandising, and operations teams to ensure customer requirements are met. Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer demand to identify new opportunities.
