Sales and Marketing Manager required for a stunning luxury hotel based with outstanding facilities.Reporting to the hotel general manager and working alongside a group Sales and Marketing director, this role will focus on driving new business to the hotel, whilst supporting all marketing initiatives required for the business.There will be an emphasis on targeting corporate and MICE business to the property and will require a pro-active sales approach.Key responsibilities include:Develop and lead the annual sales and marketing plan to successfully deliver the company''s vision, commercial targets, and customer satisfaction.Pro-actively targetnew and existing corporate accounts to meet and exceed revenue goals.Account management of the corporate agreements, MICE agreements, and partnerships.Review and audit the current sales processes. Implementing new strategies and leading the sales and marketing culture.In conjunction with the wider sales team, attend trade shows, community events, and industry meetings.Attend and lead the weekly Yield meetings.Host familiarisation and press trips.Support with hotel show rounds, including MICE and weddings with the goal of increasing enquiry conversion rates.Encourage and evoke a sales and marketing culture.
