Location: Exeter, office based Salary: 50,000 to 55,000 Type: Permanent About the Role We are recruiting for an experienced Sales and Marketing Manager to join a growing organisation. This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of the growth marketing strategy, driving measurable demand generation and supporting commercial growth across the business. Working closely with senior leadership, sales and client-facing teams, you will develop and deliver targeted campaigns that generate qualified leads, improve customer engagement and contribute directly to revenue. This is a highly autonomous role, offering the opportunity to introduce new ideas, technologies and marketing automation tools while continually optimising performance through data and insight. Key Responsibilities Develop and deliver targeted demand generation. Create audience segmentation, messaging and customer journeys tailored to key markets, services and target accounts. Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns, continually testing and optimising performance. Design and manage lead nurturing programmes for prospects at different stages of the buying journey. Develop lead scoring models to help prioritise high-quality opportunities for the sales team. Use customer behaviour, engagement data and market insights to identify and generate new business opportunities. Build and manage automated email marketing and customer nurture campaigns.
