Sales and Marketing Coordinator

GBR Recruitment Ltd are delighted to be exclusively working in partnership with an ultra modern leading construction business, recruiting for an experienced Sales and Marketing Coordinator to act as the key linchpin between the internal sales team and the external marketing agency teams, as well as providing general day to day business support to the wider operations, whilst working closely with the Sales Director. This is a great opportunity for an individual that is strong in sales support, administration, coordination, data entry, compiling reports, producing commercial documents and putting together presentations for sales activities and board meetings. Ideally the client is looking for someone with strong HubSpot CRM experience. If you are someone who is used to keeping all the plates spinning then you are the one! Duties: Sales Coordination and Support Provide day-to-day administrative and coordination support to sales Assist with the preparation of quotations, proposals, presentations and customer documentation, plus coordinate incoming sales enquiries and ensure they are recorded, qualified and directed to the appropriate member of the team. Marketing Coordination and Support Support the planning and delivery of marketing activity Assist with the creation and coordination of social media content Help prepare email marketing campaigns, customer communications and targeted outreach using HubSpot Support the development and maintenance of sales and marketing ..... full job details .....
