Sales, Marketing and Quality Co-ordinatorContract Type: Fixed Term ContractStart Date: 1 SeptemberLocation: Romford Reporting To: Sales and Marketing ManagerRole OverviewWe are seeking an organised, proactive and professional Sales, Marketing and Quality Co-ordinator to provide effective administrative and co-ordination support across sales, marketing, quality assurance and general business activities.The successful candidate will be responsible for managing customer enquiries, supporting new business opportunities, maintaining accurate records and documentation, assisting with quality and compliance requirements, and providing general administrative support to the wider team.The role requires excellent communication and organisational skills, a strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.Key Responsibilities1. Sales Co-ordinationAnswer incoming emails and telephone enquiries, logging, qualifying and progressing enquiries as part of the First Contact Team.Maintain the enquiry register, ensuring it remains accurate and up to date and that enquiries are allocated to the appropriate person(s).Liaise with clients regarding the progress and status of enquiries where required.Prepare and issue quotations.Provide general administrative support to the sales and commercial functions.2.
