You''ll help drive revenue, improve how we present our products, and contribute ideas that move the business forward.Core ResponsibilitiesSales and Customer ServiceProcess customer orders accurately and efficientlyAdvise customers on suitable products and alternativesBuild strong, long-term customer relationshipsPrepare accurate invoices and proforma invoicesEnsure proforma orders are paid before dispatchBook and manage customer appointmentsMaintain accurate customer records and credit limitsProcess payments and record receipts correctlyActively support monthly and yearly sales growth targetsWarehouse and Product HandlingPick, pack, and dispatch your allocated ordersAssist with incoming shipments and stock checkingReplenish sold stock on displays and storage areasEnsure returned or unsent stock is put away immediatelyHelp ..... full job details .....
