Sales and Logistics Co-ordinator Salary DOEMonday Friday, 08:00-17:0040 hours per weekPermanent On behalf of our client based on the outskirts of Bury St Edmunds, we are searching for a Sales and Logistics Co-ordinator to join their expanding team on a permanent basis. The successful candidate will ideally have experience in a Logistics Co-ordinator position, and will be able to demonstrate quick learning to the systems used. Due to the location and nature of this role, a driver s licence and access to your own vehicle is essential.Main duties and responsibilities: To be the main internal contact point for the business for both customers and staff Dealing with customer contact, e.g., managing quotation/order Organising and tracking customer returns, and maintaining a high standard of customer service Use of multiple systems and different processes: Sage 200 maintain digital day to day business Microsoft Office package, including Outlook for the use of email Dealing with any logistical issues that may arise, and being able to rectify and amend these Taking inbound calls, dealing with general queries, and dealing with logistics queries Processing orders and customer quotation requests Dealing with account queries, returns and credits Regularly using Sage, including setting up accounts Support to the internal and external sales teams Monitoring overdue accounts, and taking payments Downloading proof of delivery information and updating systems with information received ..... full job details .....
