As part of the continued growth of the business they are presently seeking a Sales Administrator at their North Manchester based site. The Role Job Purpose To provide efficient administrative support to the internal sales and logistics functions by coordinating order processing, customer communication, and logistics documentation. The role ensures accurate sales administration, timely order fulfillment, and smooth coordination between sales, production, and logistics team to support customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. Responsibilities Process and manage sales orders accurately, ensuring correct pricing, quantities, and delivery details. Liaise with customers to confirm orders, delivery schedules, and resolve routine queries. Coordinate with the logistics, production, and transport teams to ensure timely order fulfillment. Prepare and maintain sales, shipping, and logistics documentation (invoices, delivery notes, packing lists, proof of delivery etc.) Track shipments and deliveries, providing updates to internal teams and customers as required.
