Sales and Lettings Negotiator

Location: Wigston, Leicester Salary: Up to £28,000 Basic (Dependent on Experience) OTE: £35,000+ Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:30pm Weekend Work: Saturdays 10:00am - 2:00pm, on a rota basis, with time off in lieu provided. The Opportunity We are looking for an ambitious, energetic and experienced Sales and Lettings Negotiator to join my client''s successful and busy independent estate agency in Wigston. This is a genuine 360 property role, offering the opportunity to work across both residential sales and lettings, rather than being restricted to one side of the business. You will be involved in everything from registering and qualifying applicants, arranging and conducting viewings, negotiating offers and progressing transactions, through to generating new business, winning instructions and building strong relationships with vendors, landlords, buyers and tenants. The Package Basic salary up to £28,000, depending on experience. Realistic OTE of £35,000+. Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:30pm. Saturday working 10:00am - 2:00pm on a rota basis.
