Sales and Lettings Negotiator - Manchester City Centre An exciting opportunity has arisen for an ambitious Sales and Lettings Negotiator to join a new estate agency branch in Central Manchester. You''ll be a key part of the branch''s growth, working with vendors, landlords, buyers and tenants while delivering a professional and personal service from initial enquiry through to completion or move-in. The role will include: Responding quickly to property enquiries and booking viewings Conducting professional sales and lettings viewings Providing feedback to vendors and landlords Negotiating offers and keeping deals moving Progressing sales through to completion Managing tenancy applications and move-ins Liaising with solicitors, surveyors and other agents Generating new business through canvassing, networking and social media Maintaining accurate records and completing relevant compliance checks We''re looking for someone with: Previous estate agency or target-driven sales experience Strong communication and negotiation skills A confident, energetic and proactive approach Excellent organisation and attention to detail Confidence using CRM systems and social media Knowledge of Manchester''s property market would be advantageous A full UK driving licence This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who wants genuine responsibility, plenty of variety and the chance to progress as the branch grows. ..... full job details .....
