This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious and motivated individual looking to develop their career within the property industry, working across both residential sales and lettings. The successful candidate will be responsible for marketing residential properties, arranging and conducting viewings, negotiating offers, progressing transactions and building strong relationships with vendors, landlords, buyers and tenants. You will play a key role in generating new business, maximising opportunities and ensuring a high level of customer service throughout the sales and lettings process. We are looking for someone who is driven, confident and target-focused, with the ambition to progress into a senior position in the future.
