Sales and Events Manager

Salary: Up to 36,000 + Performance Bonus Locations: Derby, Nottingham and Leicester Driving Licence Required Valenti Recruitment are recruiting for an experienced Business Development and Events Manager to drive new business and event revenue across three established hospitality venues in Derby, Nottingham and Leicester. This is a proactive new-business role. We are specifically looking for someone with proven experience generating new revenue, not simply managing inbound event enquiries. You''ll be expected to get out into the local market, build relationships, identify opportunities, prospect new clients and convert those relationships into corporate bookings, private events, parties, celebrations and other revenue-generating opportunities. If you have a strong background in hospitality sales, venue sales, event sales, business development or corporate sales and can demonstrate that you''ve personally won new business, we''d love to hear from you. The Role Working across three hospitality venues, you''ll take ownership of proactive sales and business development within each local market. You''ll work closely with the Group Senior Sales and Events Manager, General Managers and Marketing Team, but this role requires someone who is comfortable independently identifying opportunities and going after them.
