You''ll play an important part in delivering excellent customer care, building strong customer relationships and helping drive sales across a range of equestrian, pet and leisurewear products.Key responsibilities include:Managing customer complaints from initial contact through to resolution.Responding to customer enquiries by phone and in writing, keeping customers updated on order progress.Providing product advice and promoting products, memberships and associated benefits.Processing orders and maintaining accurate customer records using CRM systems.Identifying complaint trends and sharing feedback to help improve products and customer experience.Supporting sales activity and the wider customer service team during busy periods.Handling sensitive customer situations with empathy, professionalism and care.About you:You''ll have previous sales or telesales experience, alongside a strong understanding of customer service principles and a genuine passion for delivering a positive customer experience.
