Sales and Customer Service Executive Aftermarket Department Telford Permanent £24,000 - £26,000 DOE Monday Friday 37.5 hours per week hybrid working available. Responsibilities and duties will include, but not limited to: Handle enquiries from both new and existing customers from quotation through to order receipt, processing, and work order generation. Provide accurate advice on product availability, pricing, and full service of products. Convert quotations into sales through proactive customer engagement. Actively seek and develop new customer relationships to grow sales. Manage key accounts and carry out related administrative duties.
