Sales And Customer Service Assistant

Red Recruitment Group urgently require a number of experienced Sales and Customer Service assistants for temporary to permanent opportunities in Tyseley, Birmingham. Your main duties will be to speak to customers both inbound and outbound to offer a positive customer service experience at all times. Dealing with mainly inbound calls at approximately 50 per working day. Working closely with the warehouse staff ensuring stock is accurate and duties are carried out. Checking on any deliveries and following up on customer order requirements, resolution of any shortages or issues in a calm and professional manner. Any other general admin and data entry / sending and responding to customer emails as required by the client. The hours of work are: 08:00am to 5:30pm Monday to Friday Plus every other Saturday 08:00am to 1:00pm £12.71 per hour / £29''740.40 per year basic starting salary, with overtime available when permanent at time and a quarter when required. Weekly paid for the initial 2 weeks temporary to permanent period, Monthly paid when permanent with the client.
