Permanent Part-Time Sales and Customer Service AdvisorBrentford 20 hours per week Up to 13.22 per hour + Uncapped CommissionAre you a confident, customer-focused individual with a natural flair for sales?We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established national storage company for a Permanent Part-Time Sales and Customer Service Advisor to join their team based at their Brentford offices.This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys speaking with customers, building relationships and achieving results.The RoleYou will be responsible for:Handling inbound and outbound sales callsResponding to customer enquiries by phone and emailBuilding strong relationships with new and existing customersUnderstanding customer needs and providing tailored quotationsIdentifying opportunities to upsell additional products and servicesProcessing deposits and arranging follow-up contactMaintaining accurate customer information on the CRM systemDelivering excellent customer service and escalating complaints when requiredAbout You:At least 2 years'' experience within a call/contact centre environmentA natural sales ability and positive, "can-do" attitudeExcellent communication and relationship-building skillsStrong customer service skillsGood organisation and attention to detailConfidence using Microsoft Office and CRM systemsA results-driven approach and the ability to work well within a small teamPrevious complaint-handling experience would be advantageousHours and SalaryPermanent, ..... full job details .....
